The Do a Day Podcast from Bryan Falchuk

This episode is a little bonus as I reflect on this, my 41st birthday. I’ve been healthy and fit, inside and out, for almost a decade (eight years and counting, or 3,032 Days I’ve Done), been not-obese longer than I’ve been obese now, and it all just hit me this morning. What I’m creating for myself, how I’m living, and how I keep growing – and get to keep growing.

I’m thankful for all of this.

And for what I have around me. My family, my friends, my peers, the amazing community of Day Doers listening to this podcast, reading my work, sharing their stories with me and more.

I also wanted to share that today, my birthday, is the day I officially launch pre-orders of my next book, The 50 75 100 Solution: Build Better Relationships. We all have relationships that could be better, so I want the world to get their hands on this book. To help with that, through the pre-order period until the book comes out on November 19th, I’m making the Kindle version just $0.99 so everyone can get it.

Of course, it will also be available in paperback from all major book sellers, Nook, Apple Books, Google Play Books, Audible (and Apple and Amazon audiobooks through the Audible platform), individually signed copies from me, and more. But it was important to me that I make it accessible, and Kindle was by far the most popular way people read Do a Day, so I decided to make that version the special one for the launch of The 50 75 100 Solution.

If you want to know more about the book, you can watch the TEDx Talk I did on it, or read the info I put on the book’s website at www.5075100.com, where you can also find links to pre-order it in your favorite format today.
